    Apply to very wet hair.

    Clean thoroughly.
    Repeat.

    Iles Formula Conditioner:
    Apply evenly one inch from roots to ends.
    Comb through for even distribution.
    Repair is immediate. Rinse.

    Iles Formula Mask:
    Apply generously from scalp to ends.
    Best used between Iles Formula Shampoo (1) + Iles Formula Conditioner (2).
    Leave it on for 5 to 20 minutes and then rinse.
